Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory "Pure Imagination"

January 24, 2010
This is my favorite part of the entire movie. Willy Wonka is 10X better than Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Johnny Depp acts weird in it. Even worse is if the Alice and Wonderland trailer is accurate, he will be acting in very much the same fashion as the Mad Hatter. Oh joy. The Cheshire Cat looks really wicked though.

2010 Robin Hood Trailer #2

The first trailer disappointed me. But this one is much more like it. Even if it screams Gladiator, which it has a right to, I'm looking forward to this version of Robin Hood.

Which Tarot Card Are You?

December 20, 2009

You are The Magician

Skill, wisdom, adaptation. Craft, cunning, depending on dignity.

Eleoquent and charismatic both verbally and in writing,
you are clever, witty, inventive and persuasive.

The Magician is the male power of creation, creation by willpower and desire. In that ancient sense, it is the ability to make things so just by speaking them aloud. Reflecting this is the fact that the Magician is represented by Mercury. He represents the gift of tongues, a smooth talker, a salesman. Also clever with the slight of hand and a medicine man - either a real doctor or someone trying to sell you snake oil.

Robin Hood Trailer (2010 Version)

December 16, 2009

This trailer disappoints me. It's like a Matrix/Robin Hood mixture. I'm hoping it's just how the trailer was made and isn't an indication to how the movie will actually play out.

George Clooney has a boyfriend? No, Matt isn't his boyfriend. It still is funny though.

McKellan on Jimmy Fallen; Literally.

Totally didn't mean to come up with the post title like that. It kind of just worked out. Anyway, after the awkward part he kind of talks about the upcoming Hobbit.
