'Cowboys and Aliens' Trailer

December 24, 2010
This movie struck me as new and original. Sure there are plenty of movies with cowboys and plenty with aliens, but both? Haha.

With Jon Favreau directing and not just one rich executive producer, but three (Brian Grazer, Ron Howard AND Steven Spielburg), I think this movie has plenty of money behind it, and a good contender for highest grossing film of next year with that summer release date.

Starring Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, and Olivia Wilde

'Fast Five' Trailer

Pretty good article over at getthebigpicture.net:
I have a love-hate relationship with The Fast and the Furious franchise. I guess it's more of a hate-love thing, because I hate that I love these movies. I can't help but watch the first film in its entirety anytime it's on TV, 2 Fast 2 Furious is one of my guilty pleasures, and I was pleasantly surprised with Justin Lin's gritty take in the 4th installment.

That being said, it's really hard to be upset with the overkill that is the franchise's fifth film, Fast Five (alliteration, yo!). Today we got the film's first trailer, and it's not half bad.

If it weren't for the dead giveaway that is Vin Diesel's voice, the first half of this trailer doesn't resemble anything close to a Fast and Furious film. It just looks like some gritty South American crime drama. Then around the 1 minute mark we see the cars and everything becomes oh so clear.

The other thing going for Fast Five is its cast. It's like everyone who has been in any of the Fast and Furious films ever (and whose character is still alive) is back for this film, with the addition of The Rock. Justin Lin, the director of the last two sequels, is once again at the helm.

Fast Five races into theaters (yeah, I said it) on April 29, 2011.

This should do it

December 9, 2010
Well, it's the end of the day and I have settled on this layout. It's a bit boring, but it's clean and does the job. I'll figure out the popular posts later. I have edemame to eat.

Blogger Facebook Layout

In my search for the perfect blog template, (again), I found one that is pretty darn neat, even though I don't think it's right for me.
Haha, pretty cute. Curtesy infinityskins.blogspot.com

This darn layout!

So I wanted a blog that was customizable. Well I got this one that is taking forever for little ol me to figure out. Crimany.

A blog about movies, anatomy...

But but but

You can't edit wordpress layouts like you can blogger... But wordpress themes are basically more professional looking... AH!

heartcinema.com

Maybe I can just convert heartcinema.com into just my site. Forget only the movie stuff, that's boring. And not interesting most of the time. So I'll try and convert into one site. This having two things to update is ridiculous, I hardly update one of them.

Readjustments

I'm tweaking with the layout again, and possibly putting some half done posts on here. I've had a long haitus, it may possibly continue but for now i'm just working on here again.
